Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to website use, enquiries, client instructions, data, integrations, deliverables, and support. Clients remain responsible for their business, users, content, systems, data, and legal obligations.

2. Prohibited work

• Illegal activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, theft, or facilitation of prohibited goods or services.
• Spam, deceptive outreach, impersonation, fake reviews, fabricated endorsements, or misleading claims.
• Unauthorized access, credential theft, malware, destructive code, unlawful surveillance, or bypassing security controls.
• Payment pass-through, laundering, processing for undisclosed sellers, evasion of provider review, or disguising the real product or merchant.
• Unsolicited or deceptive remote technical support, consumer device repair, scareware, or access to a person's screen or device outside a documented business-automation engagement.
• Unlawful profiling, discrimination, exploitative targeting, or high-impact automated decisions without authority and appropriate human control.
• Child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate content, exploitation of minors, or content intended to facilitate harm.
• Infringement of intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy, publicity, database, or contractual rights.
• False documents, fake identities, deceptive evidence, or manipulated records.
• Unsafe medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, insurance, or safety decisions presented as qualified professional judgment.

3. Geographic and sanctions eligibility

Processly Labs does not accept enquiries, contracts, or payments involving sanctioned or prohibited persons, entities, or locations. This includes Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions, and persons identified on applicable sanctions or denied-party lists.

Processly Labs does not provide covered management consulting, IT consultancy or design, IT support, or related enterprise cloud services to any person located in Russia. Screening may consider the client, beneficial owners, users, payment source, service location, and intended beneficiary. Work is declined when eligibility cannot be established or when current law or a payment provider prohibits it.

4. Higher-risk requests

Regulated, sensitive, or high-impact requests need additional review and may be declined. Examples include financial services, healthcare, children's data, biometrics, employment decisions, credit, insurance, legal services, political activity, weapons, gambling, adult content, controlled substances, and high-risk surveillance.

Approval for a discussion does not guarantee implementation. Payment, cloud, model, and other providers make their own eligibility decisions under their policies.

5. Authorization and controls

Clients must use accounts and data they are authorized to access, follow provider terms, protect credentials, and disclose material security or compliance requirements. Processly Labs may require written authorization, data minimization, human approval, independent review, or specialist advice.

6. Enforcement

Processly Labs may reject an enquiry, pause work, restrict an integration, preserve relevant evidence, or end an agreement when activity appears to violate this policy or creates unacceptable risk. Where legally required, relevant information may be reported to a provider or authority.

7. Report a concern

Send suspected abuse to support@processlylabs.com with the relevant URL or project reference and a concise explanation. Do not attach illegal content or unnecessary personal data.
