Service Delivery Policy
How Processly Labs scopes, invoices, schedules, builds, reviews, accepts, documents, and hands over professional automation work.
1. Services covered
This policy covers automation consulting, workflow implementation, AI agents and retrieval systems, API integrations, document and data automation, and one-time support work. Alex Vorobyov is the individual legal seller and service provider; Processly Labs is the public-facing website and service brand. Services are delivered remotely in English. The exact deliverable and exclusions appear in the accepted proposal.
2. Proposal, order, and invoice
After a proposal or order is accepted, Alex Vorobyov issues an invoice for the first agreed milestone. If online payment is offered, the invoice includes a secure Stripe-processed payment link. The connected commerce platform sends the customer a receipt after successful payment. The seller identity on the proposal, invoice, checkout, and receipt must remain consistent.
- The current problem, process boundary, intended users, and business owner.
- Systems, data, access, security, and provider dependencies.
- Milestone deliverables, exclusions, assumptions, and acceptance criteria.
- Estimated dates, client responsibilities, and review windows.
- Price, USD or EUR currency, tax shown, third-party costs, and payment due date.
- Ownership, support, cancellation, refund, and dispute terms.
3. Typical timing
A paid discovery or process-review milestone normally starts within five US business days after payment and receipt of the required information. A bounded discovery deliverable is commonly completed in five to ten US business days.
A prepaid implementation milestone is normally planned for completion within one to four weeks after the required information, access, and reviewers are ready. Larger or multi-system programmes are divided into separately accepted, separately invoiced milestones rather than collected as one long prepaid stage. These are planning ranges, not guarantees; the accepted proposal gives the estimate for the actual milestone.
Client delay, missing access, provider review, API limits, security requirements, outages, changed assumptions, or added scope can move the schedule. Processly Labs will explain the cause, revised date, and any choice the client needs to make.
4. Delivery method
- Diagnose the current process, owners, data, exceptions, and cost of failure.
- Map the proposed flow, human review, access boundaries, and measurements.
- Design the architecture, tests, alerts, fallback, and launch boundary.
- Build and demonstrate inspectable increments.
- Test normal, edge, permission, provider-failure, and recovery cases.
- Launch in a controlled way with monitoring and rollback where feasible.
- Document operation, limitations, ownership, and change procedures.
- Hand over through the training and support described in the proposal.
5. Review and acceptance
The client provides qualified reviewers and consolidated feedback within the review period stated in the proposal. Reported defects are assessed against the accepted deliverable and tests. New preferences, new systems, or behavior outside the milestone require a change request.
6. Changes and later milestones
A material change to scope, systems, data volume, integrations, risk, deliverables, or timing requires written approval. A later milestone is not started or charged automatically. It receives its own description and invoice.
7. Handoff and support
Handoff may include process maps, architecture notes, access inventory, test evidence, runbooks, known limitations, source files, and training, as listed in the proposal. Credentials are transferred or removed through an agreed secure method.
Post-launch support is provided only when included in the milestone or bought through a separately accepted one-time support invoice. There is no automatic renewal or 24/7 response promise unless a signed agreement expressly provides one.
8. Delivery support
Project communication uses the person named in the proposal. General delivery, billing, security, and support questions can be sent to support@processlylabs.com or raised by phone at +1 (425) 995-8931. Messages are normally acknowledged within two US business days.
These website policies provide the public baseline. A signed project agreement controls the details of paid work and may give the client additional rights. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.
