How an order is placed
A website enquiry or audit request is not an order. Processly Labs first sends a written proposal or order describing the work, exclusions, responsibilities, expected delivery, price, currency, taxes, third-party costs, cancellation, and refund treatment.
The service is business-to-business automation work. Processly Labs does not sell consumer device repair, unsolicited remote technical support, payment processing for other sellers, or access to a Stripe account.
After the client accepts it, Alex Vorobyov issues an invoice for the first agreed one-time milestone. Processly Labs may appear as the public service brand, but the proposal, invoice, and payment record identify Alex as the individual seller. Each later milestone receives its own invoice and requires a new client payment. Invoices are issued in USD or EUR.
Checkout and payment processing
When online card payment is offered, the invoice includes a secure payment link for that milestone. Stripe processes the payment through the connected Stripe Express account. The connected commerce platform provides the checkout interface and payment receipt. Alex Vorobyov remains the individual legal seller, contracting party, and service provider. Processly Labs may appear as the public-facing service brand.
Online card details are entered only on the external connected commerce checkout and processed by Stripe. Processly Labs does not receive or store complete card details and maintains the PCI DSS responsibilities applicable to this hosted-payment arrangement.
Available payment methods, payment currency, and any tax collected are shown on the payment page before the customer confirms payment. Card details must never be sent through the website forms, email, or project messages.
Legal and tax identity
Alex Vorobyov is the individual who contracts with clients, receives payment, and is responsible for the service. Processly Labs is the website and service brand, not a separate corporation or limited liability company. There is no company registration number or public business tax number to display. A Social Security number is private identity information and is never published on this website, an invoice, or a checkout page.
The applicable tax treatment is handled according to the transaction and law. The proposal and invoice state whether tax is included or added. No tax or fee is added invisibly after the customer pays.
