Cookie Policy
How the Processly Labs website handles cookies, temporary form state, essential server logs, and external payment pages.
1. Cookies on this website
Processly Labs does not intentionally set advertising, cross-site tracking, personalization, or analytics cookies on the public website. No cookie banner is shown because the current site does not use non-essential cookies.
2. Form state and security logs
Unsubmitted audit-form answers are held in the page's temporary state and are not intentionally saved to browser storage. Vercel and security controls may process short-lived request and server-log information needed to deliver and protect the site.
3. External payment pages
A secure payment link opens a separate checkout supplied through Kit and processed by Stripe. Those providers may use cookies or similar technologies to process payment, prevent fraud, remember permitted payment choices, and meet legal requirements. Their notices apply on that page. The Processly Labs website does not embed the checkout.
4. Future changes
If analytics, embedded media, account features, advertising, or other non-essential storage is added, this policy and any legally required consent control will be updated before that feature is enabled.
5. Browser controls and contact
Browser settings can inspect, block, or delete cookies and site data. Blocking provider storage can affect an external checkout. Questions can be sent to support@processlylabs.com.
These website policies provide the public baseline. A signed project agreement controls the details of paid work and may give the client additional rights. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.
