Privacy Policy
How Processly Labs collects, uses, shares, protects, and retains information from enquiries, client work, invoices, and website use.
1. Who is responsible
This policy applies to processlylabs.com, automation audit requests, contact messages, proposals, invoices, and service communications. Alex Vorobyov is the Florida-based individual seller and service provider responsible for personal information used for these business purposes. Processly Labs is the public website and service brand, not a separate legal entity.

2. Information we collect
Please do not send passwords, API keys, complete payment-card details, regulated records, or confidential customer data through the enquiry form.
- Contact and business information, including your name, work email, company, role, website, and phone number if you choose to provide it.
- Details you submit about a process, tools, team size, timing, budget range, data sensitivity, or requested service.
- Messages, proposal decisions, approvals, invoices, payment status, delivery records, and support requests.
- Limited technical data used to deliver and protect the site, such as request time, browser information, server logs, and a salted hash derived from an IP address for form rate limiting. The audit endpoint is designed not to store the raw IP address.
3. Why we use information
Depending on the circumstances, processing may be necessary to take requested steps before a contract, perform a contract, meet a legal obligation, or support legitimate interests in running and protecting the business. Where consent is required, it can be withdrawn for future processing.
- To answer an enquiry and decide whether the requested work is suitable.
- To prepare, discuss, and administer a proposal or service agreement.
- To deliver agreed work, issue invoices, provide support, and keep project records.
- To prevent spam, fraud, misuse, and unauthorized access.
- To meet accounting, tax, sanctions, legal, and dispute-resolution duties.
4. Providers and disclosures
Information is shared only when needed for a legitimate function. Vercel hosts the website. Resend delivers audit-request and acknowledgement emails when the form email service is enabled. Stripe processes approved online payments through the connected Express account. Kit supplies the connected commerce checkout and receipt interface.
A provider receives the information required for its role and handles it under its own terms and privacy commitments. Information may also be disclosed when law requires it, to protect legal rights or safety, or as part of a genuine business transfer. We do not sell personal information or provide it to data brokers.
5. International use
The business and its principal audience are in the United States, while some clients and providers may be elsewhere. Information may therefore be processed outside your state or country. Where applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, the relevant provider or project agreement will address it.
6. Retention
Enquiries that do not become client work are normally deleted or anonymized within 12 months unless a longer period is needed for security, dispute, or legal reasons. Proposal, contract, invoice, payment, tax, and delivery records may be retained for up to seven years, or longer if applicable law requires it.
Project data follows the written service agreement and any data-processing terms. Provider backups and security logs may take additional time to expire.
7. Security
Reasonable safeguards include encrypted transport, restricted access, secret management, provider review, and data minimization. No online service can promise absolute security. Report a suspected problem to the support email without attaching sensitive data.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of personal information. We may need to verify identity, and legal recordkeeping duties or the rights of others can limit a request.
Send a request to support@processlylabs.com with enough detail to locate the relevant record. We do not discriminate against a person for making a valid privacy request.
9. Children
The website and services are for business users and are not directed to children. Do not submit information about a child through the audit form.
10. Changes
Material changes will be published here with a new effective date. The current business identity and support routes are also listed on the Business Information page.
These website policies provide the public baseline. A signed project agreement controls the details of paid work and may give the client additional rights. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.
