1. Commitment

Processly Labs wants people to be able to research services, read policies, use the estimator, and submit an enquiry regardless of disability, device, or input method. The public website targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

2. Measures used

• Semantic headings, landmarks, a skip link, and logical reading order.
• Keyboard-operable navigation, accordions, estimator, and forms.
• Visible focus, descriptive labels, inline errors, and an error summary.
• Text and control contrast designed for WCAG AA.
• Layouts checked with zoom, large text, small screens, and landscape orientation.
• Reduced-motion support and content that remains visible when animation is disabled.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images, diagrams, and icons.

3. Testing and compatibility

The site is checked with automated accessibility tools, keyboard navigation, zoom, target viewport sizes, and current major browsers. Automated checks cannot find every barrier, so feedback and periodic manual review remain part of maintenance.

4. Known limits

External checkout and payment interfaces are controlled by the connected commerce platform and Stripe. Contact Processly Labs if a provider page creates a barrier so an appropriate alternative can be discussed without weakening payment security.

JavaScript is needed for the multi-step audit form, but service information, policies, email, and phone support remain available without completing the form.
